Bakone Business Solutions is a Pan‑African Management and Enterprise Development Consultancy whose mission and vision are anchored on transforming the MSME landscape and enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of the informal sector across South Africa and beyond. Establishment of the consultancy was motivated by its directors’ experience in providing strategic and programme interventions to transform and address the socioeconomic growth and development challenges facing emerging and developing countries, particularly informal industrial MSMEs in Africa.
We focus on industrial and productive‑sector MSMEs, informal and emerging formal businesses, and community‑based enterprises across South Africa and the continent.
